Job summary

JLL Technology Advisory is seeking a Technology Advisor to support client-facing technology strategy for the Data Center vertical. This is an developmental, early-career role with direct mentorship from the Managing Director, Technology Advisory, and exposure to DCIM, CMMS, and BMS/NOC platforms.

You will assist in research, prepare client-ready materials, and help grow the data center practice while aligning product roadmaps with client strategy.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in data center infrastructure or related field
• Ability to translate technical concepts into client materials
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to support meetings with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Develop technology strategies to expand JLL's footprint across accounts (DCIM, CMMS, BMS/NOC)
• Research platform and competitive intelligence to inform advisory recommendations
• Prepare client-ready deliverables and business case drafts under mentorship
• Shadow the Managing Director in client-facing meetings and learn to engage independently
• Track client sentiment and flag risks or opportunities for leadership
