Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Technology Advisor for the Data Center vertical to support client-facing technology strategy within the Data Center Center of Excellence. The role is developmental, reporting to the Managing Director, Technology Advisory, with mentorship to build foundational expertise in DCIM, CMMS, and BMS/NOC platforms while supporting growth strategy and client engagement.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in data center infrastructure or related tech/consulting.
• Experience with DCIM/BMS/NOC platforms or the ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into client-friendly materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to be mentored and grow into client-facing advisory role.

Responsibilities

• Support development of technology strategies across DCIM, CMMS, BMS/NOC platforms.
• Research platform and competitive intelligence to inform advisory recommendations.
• Assist in creating client-ready deliverables and business case drafts.
• Shadow MD in client meetings and progress toward independent engagement.
• Help track client sentiment and identify risks/opportunities for accounts.
