ONNEC Group seeks a Data Center Team Lead Engineer to oversee IMACD work across New York data centers and offices. You will coordinate field engineers and vendor escorts, ensure SLA compliance, and manage ticket flow from ServiceNow while maintaining asset records.

You will mentor engineers, drive process improvements, and align activities with client requirements and Onnec quality standards. This role demands strong leadership and onsite availability.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking IT environment.
• DC moves/adds/changes experience.
• Structured cabling installation, fault finding and testing.
• Knowledge of structured cabling standards (FTP/UTP/Optical).
• Ability to work under pressure in financial sector.

Responsabilités

• Deliver IMACD services (installs, moves, adds, changes, decommissions).
• Manage media handling, tape operations, inventory audits, and data wiping.
• Ship and receive equipment; provide vendor escort services.
• Perform Smart Hands support (server troubleshooting, power cycling, connectivity).
• Coordinate with client operations teams and service desk to meet SLAs.
• Maintain accurate records and asset management; support audits.
