Job summary

Millennium is seeking a DCM Operations Lead to own the data center ticket queue end to end, triaging incidents, service requests, and change tasks across the New Jersey data center estate and New York office rooms.

You will lead a team of Data Center Specialists in a 24x7 environment, coordinate shift coverage, and enforce ITIL-aligned incident and change management, runbooks, and asset records in ServiceNow and Nlyte.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data center or large-scale infrastructure operations.
• Experience leading teams in a 24x7 environment.
• Strong ITSM experience with ServiceNow or similar tools.
• Proficient in CMDB data quality and DCIM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the data center ticket queue end to end, triage and resolve incidents and changes.
• Lead a team of Data Center Specialists, manage shift coverage and priorities.
• Maintain runbooks and inventory in ServiceNow and Nlyte; drive improvements.
• Coordinate with Engineering for power, cooling, space, and security.
