ABB's Robotics business seeks a senior sales leader to own a data center sub-segment in California (ideally San Jose). You will develop and execute the account strategy, drive profitable growth with hyperscalers, and coordinate all commercial activities to deliver customer value and resolve issues.

You will lead a virtual team across multiple states, create account plans, map sponsors, and influence automation-friendly specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of commercial experience in Account Management and Key Account Management roles (data center automation space preferred).
• Proven skills in solution selling, client engagement, negotiation and industry awareness.

Responsabilités

• Own a complete sub-segment and drive profitable sales growth with hyperscalers in the data center segment.
• Develop and implement the sales strategy for your accounts and coordinate all commercial activities to deliver customer value and resolve issues.
• Lead a virtual team of Sales and Sales Support professionals across multiple states and regions.
• Create, plan and implement detailed Account plans and achieve timely completion of objectives.
• Develop player maps and implement a program to connect key sponsors for building longer partnerships.
