Job summary

The Archetype Strategy is seeking a Director of Sales – Data Center Workforce Solutions to drive revenue by acquiring and expanding relationships with hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data centers in the United States.

You will lead strategic account development, build a robust pipeline, negotiate service agreements, and coordinate with recruiting and operations to deliver staffing and project-based labor solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years in B2B sales
• Experience selling staffing or workforce solutions is a plus
• Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for data center staffing and workforce services.
• Identify and secure new data center clients and expand existing accounts.
• Lead negotiations, pricing, and service agreements.
• Provide regular sales updates and market intelligence to leadership.
