Qualifications

• Strong background in business development, staffing, workforce solutions, construction services, or data center infrastructure.
• Established network within the mission-critical construction industry.
• Experience in sales and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the data center construction market.
• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, electrical contractors, mechanical contractors, and data center developers.
• Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline through networking, industry events, referrals, and prospecting activities.
• Present workforce solutions tailored to client project needs, timelines, and labor requirements.
• Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful workforce delivery and client satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service terms.
• Monitor market trends, project activity, labor demands, and competitive landscape.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
