Job summary

The Archetype Strategy seeks a Director of Sales – Data Center Services to lead revenue growth across colocation, cloud infrastructure, connectivity, and managed data center offerings. You will shape strategy, build a high-performing sales team, and forge executive-level relationships with enterprise and hyperscale customers.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years leading data center or telecom sales to enterprise/hyperscale customers.
• Proven track record of closing multi-site, high-value deals.
• Deep knowledge of power, cooling, interconnection, and data center economics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for data center services.
• Lead a distributed sales team and manage KPIs such as occupancy and MRR.
• Secure enterprise and hyperscale partnerships and drive renewals.
• Collaborate with operations and finance to deliver competitive proposals.
• Provide executive-level forecasts and strategic insights.
