Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Commercial Associate, Data Center Asset Management to manage renegotiations of large data center leases and project agreements. You will be second chair to the team lead, run the issues list, and drive term sheets, amendments, and notices with in-house and outside counsel.

You will visit sites, coordinate with developers and landlords, ensure timely deliveries and accurate version control, and onboard two senior contract specialists.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex commercial agreements from term sheet to signature.
• Ability to read leases and construction contracts and explain risks clearly.
• Proven negotiation skills with counterparties and maintain relationships.

Responsibilities

• Run renegotiations and prepare term sheets, amendments, and notices.
• Write internal memos and obtain sign-offs from Finance, Legal, Construction, Power and Operations.
• Monitor deliverables, calendars, and claims; coordinate with developers and landlords.
• Onboard two senior contract specialists.
