Job summary

Outlaw Ventures is seeking a Site Selection Operations Manager to run the engine behind our site-selection and land-development pipeline. You will coordinate the GIS and site-screening workflow across land and power teams, track opportunities, and build repeatable processes to scale our operations.

You’ll work closely with GIS, land acquisition, power development, legal, and site-development teams to move opportunities from screening through diligence to development handoff.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• The ability to identify missing information and flag risks early.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day GIS and site-screening workflow across land and power teams.
• Maintain accurate records of land opportunities, ownership, status, deadlines, risks, and next actions.
• Assemble site summaries, maps, ownership research, diligence materials, and preliminary risk assessments.
• Support tracking of LOIs, purchase and sale agreements, and other transaction materials.
• Coordinate clean handoffs from land acquisition into site development.
• Build repeatable templates, workflows, and QA/QC processes.
