Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Site Selection Lead to define and execute the strategy for powered-land opportunities. You will collaborate with Power, Land, Development, Engineering, and Finance to create a shared rubric for high-quality sites and translate it into actionable criteria and deployment plans.

You will own the geographies’ pipeline, build screening frameworks, and lead cross-functional teams to align on terms, timing, and funding.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in site selection, infrastructure development, or related fields.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, and Development.
• Strong market intelligence, portfolio prioritization, and decision making.
• Commercial and financial fluency to connect site quality with terms and costs.
• Experience building screening frameworks, dashboards, and executive materials.

Responsibilities

• Own the site-selection strategy across priority geographies and manage portfolio prioritization.
• Convene cross-functional partners to define a shared rubric for high-quality sites.
• Translate rubric into screening criteria covering power, land, timing, and cost.
• Shape exclusivity, initial terms, and funding assumptions with stakeholders.
• Build deployment plans for top candidates including risks, owners, and milestones.
• Lead conceptual site planning with map layers, buildings, substations, and access routes.
• Maintain a single decision-support view of pipeline, site health, and evidence.
• Present executive-ready recommendations and hand off qualified sites to Development.
