Job summary

Outlaw Ventures is seeking a Site Development Manager to lead site development from pre-contract review through construction readiness. You will de-risk, engineer, permit, and prep sites for vertical data center construction, coordinating across engineering, permitting, and power integration for 100 MW–1+ GW campuses.

This role requires managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, driving timelines, and delivering shovel-ready sites with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in private or municipal land development.
• Strong understanding of civil/design engineering, land use and environmental permitting, and utility coordination.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to drive timelines and manage consultants.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead site development to deliver shovel-ready projects.
• Identify and solve development risks from site conditions, access, and regulations.
• Manage due diligence, feasibility, and site planning.
• Oversee land use entitlements and environmental permitting processes.
• Coordinate civil design, grading, drainage, roads, water, wastewater, and fiber.
• Align site design with power interconnection and utility requirements.
• Manage third-party consultants (engineering, environmental, survey, etc.).
• Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Support diligence efforts with partners, buyers, and capital providers.
