Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Site Selection Manager for the Americas to identify and advance data center opportunities across the U.S. and broader Americas markets. You will coordinate with Capacity Planning, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and external partners to ensure diligence and milestones are met.

The role requires 10+ years in site selection or related fields, deep knowledge of power procurement and permitting, and a track record of moving complex transactions from inception to close.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data center site selection, infrastructure development, commercial real estate, or related fields.
• Knowledge of U.S. and Americas data center markets, including utility infrastructure and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in lease negotiations and complex due diligence workflows.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and advance data center opportunities across the U.S. and Americas markets.
• Lead site-level due diligence including power, substation access, utility timelines, fiber, zoning, and environmental factors.
• Support lease negotiations and commercial structuring with Real Estate and Legal.
