Job summary

Digital Realty is seeking a Site Engineer II to join the Data Center Operations team in Dallas, TX. You will support daily site operations, maintenance, and incident reporting across generator, UPS, HVAC, FLS, BMS, and CMMS systems, reporting to the Manager of Engineering Operations.

The role requires hands-on electrical or mechanical expertise, with ability to develop SOPs, assist with change control, and ensure 24x7 uptime and SLA compliance across multiple data center properties.

Qualifications

• Experience with mission critical infrastructure in data centers or similar facilities.
• Knowledge of UPS, HVAC, and life safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to daily site operations and update SOPs.
• Assist in change management tickets and incident reporting.
• Support maintenance and inspections to ensure high availability.
• Assist with commissioning and supervision of site activities.
