Job summary

Taleo is seeking a Data Center Operations Team Lead to oversee the daily execution, coordination, and quality of data center operations within a large-scale AI and accelerated computing environment. You will lead Data Center Technicians and Network Technicians, ensuring shift readiness and adherence to procedures.

Reporting to the Site Lead, you will drive escalation, deployment support, and staff development, serving as a hands‑on technical leader for deployment, break‑fix, and incident

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting data center operations, hardware deployment, or infrastructure support environments.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a lead, supervisory, or informal leadership capacity within a technical operations environment.
• Strong understanding of hardware diagnostics, deployment procedures, and technical escalation processes.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate technical teams and manage competing operational priorities.
• Experience working within 24x7 mission‑critical operational environments.
• Current valid driver's license
• Ability to pass Motor Vehicle Records check

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily data center operations across shifts.
• Provide technical escalation and guidance for deployments and break‑fix.
• Maintain staffing, safety culture, and 24x7 readiness.
• Coordinate with Site Lead and service delivery on priorities.
• Oversee inventory, asset management, and RMA workflows.
• Drive onboarding, training, and mentorship for technicians.
• Document shift activity and ensure audit readiness.
