Job summary

Taleo is seeking a Data Center Technician L3 to serve as a senior technical resource for advanced deployment, diagnostics, break-fix operations, and hardware lifecycle management in large-scale AI computing environments.

You will independently diagnose complex hardware issues, lead deployment and commissioning, and mentor junior technicians while collaborating with customer engineering teams and OEM partners to sustain high availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting data center operations, hardware deployment, or infrastructure support environments.
• Extensive experience troubleshooting and repairing server, storage, and networking hardware.
• Experience executing complex technical procedures with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of hardware diagnostics, component replacement, and system validation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical activities and mentor junior personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, integration, and deployment activities for servers, accelerators, networking, and infra.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and root-cause analysis of hardware failures.
• Support GPU/accelerator platforms and AI infrastructure.
• Manage serialized asset tracking and RMA workflows.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to L1/L2 technicians.
• Participate in incident response and operational support.
• Maintain detailed diagnostics, repairs, and validation records.
