Job summary

Taleo is seeking a Sr. Data Center Technician L3 to serve as a senior technical resource in large-scale AI and accelerator computing environments.

You will lead deployment, diagnostics, and break-fix operations across compute, accelerators, networking, and supporting infrastructure. You will independently diagnose complex hardware issues, guide junior engineers, and act as an escalation point, helping ensure 24x7 operational reliability and rapid service restoration in mission-critical data

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of data center operations or equivalent experience.
• Experience troubleshooting server, storage, and networking hardware.
• Ability to lead technical activities and mentor junior personnel.
• Strong hardware diagnostics and component replacement skills.
• Ability to work in 24x7 mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, integration, and deployment activities for servers, accelerators, networking, and supporting infrastructure.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and root cause analysis of hardware failures.
• Support hardware qualification, burn-in, and acceptance testing.
• Serve as escalation point for hardware incidents and provide technical leadership.
• Maintain detailed records of diagnostics, repairs, and validation activities.
