Job summary

Salute, located in New Albany, OH, is seeking a Technical Shift Lead to manage day-to-day data center infrastructure operations, lead the technical team, and coordinate across shifts and vendors. You will ensure reliability, efficiency, and compliance while supporting the local site team.

The role requires 5 years in data center operations, strong leadership, and proficiency with critical infrastructure components.

Qualifications

• 5 years of data center experience in operations and maintenance of critical facilities.
• Experience leading data center teams or critical facilities environments.
• Knowledge of critical infrastructure including MV switchboards, Transformers, Generators, ATS/STS, UPS, PDUs, RPPs.
• Ability to read and assess single line diagrams, technical manuals and engineering plans.
• Experience carrying out MOP/EOP/SOP.
• Strong written and verbal communication, coordinating with local and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation, maintenance, and performance of all data center infrastructure to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Lead and develop the technical team, coordinate across shifts and vendors, and escalate complex technical issues and customer requests.
• Support site team on daily technical duties in the data center and office.
• Plan and schedule technical work to meet deadlines and optimize team efficiency.
• Supervise vendors and contractors ensuring compliance and security standards.
