Qualifications

• Associate degree or high school diploma with equivalent customer service experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance status updates to customers and managers.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and service activities for data center sites.
• Generate quotations for out-of-scope work.
• Ensure thorough documentation of tickets and field reports.
• Communicate scheduling details to technicians and customers.
• Maintain knowledge of product lines and service offerings.
• Support warranty administration with records.
• Close out documents and ensure accuracy.
