Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company seeks an executive leader to drive two high-growth units: Data Centers Americas Aftermarket and Systems & Controls. You will own lifecycle services, including commissioning, maintenance, and parts, while expanding remote monitoring and diagnostics across platforms.

You’ll align strategic roadmaps, lead cross-functional teams, and scale a robust service network, balancing software and hardware product development with recurring revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• P&L experience managing a large business unit or high-growth division.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional software/hardware teams and field service.
• Strong understanding of industrial controls and building automation.
• Experience scaling service networks in a hyper-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for Aftermarket and Systems & Controls business units.
• Define annual sales, operating, and strategic plans for two units.
• Scale a regional service network while guiding software/hardware roadmaps.
• Lead go-to-market strategies including service contracts, maintenance, and SaaS models.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering to integrate controls into sales.
