Job summary

Patriot Group International is seeking a Security Program Manager for a 24-month contract based in Manassas, VA. This on-site role will oversee physical security design and installation for data centers, with occasional remote work.

You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with customer teams, and ensure compliance with security standards. Top Secret clearance is required and travel within 50 miles may be needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, construction management, or equivalent military experience.
• Familiar with project management, design, and construction software.
• Proficient understanding of construction plans and drawings for architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and telecom plans.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex systems.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Occasional travel within 50-mile radius of site.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead physical security design and system installation for new data centers and expansions.
• Manage project lifecycle including specs, drawings, code compliance, vendor management, budget, changes, and close-out.
• Oversee contract execution, QA/QC, and support processes.
• Serve as subject-matter expert for security design and contract oversight across teams.
• Provide weekly project updates to the customer Security Program Manager Team Lead.
• Collaborate across teams to drive security projects.
