Job summary

Patriot Group International LLC is seeking a Security Program Manager (Contractor) in the Fredericksburg, VA area. The role oversees the design and installation of physical security features for data centers and facilities, and manages multiple security projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities include contract execution, vendor management, and readiness validation, with Top Secret clearance and occasional travel within 50 miles of the site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM/construction management or equivalent military experience.
• Familiar with project management, design, and construction software.
• Proficient understanding of construction plans and design artifacts for multi-discipline plans.
• Ability to quickly learn complex security systems.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Occasional travel within 50 miles of site.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass background checks and drug screens.
• Security Clearance: US Government Top Secret (No polygraph).

Responsibilities

• Lead physical security design and system installation for data centers and expansions.
• Provide lifecycle management: specs, drawings, code compliance, vendor mgmt, budget and close-out.
• Manage contract execution, QA/QC, and support processes.
• Represent security team in acceptance, sign-off, and readiness validation.
• Report performance metrics on vendor delivery, defect rates, and program analysis.
• Collaborate across teams to drive security projects and provide weekly updates.
