Job summary

Patriot Group International LLC is seeking a Security Program Manager (Contractor) in Manassas, VA, to oversee design and deployment of physical security for data centers and facilities. This on-site role with occasional remote work is a 24-month engagement reporting to the Senior Security Program Manager.

You will manage security design, installation, and program enhancements across projects, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, construction management, or equivalent military experience.
• Familiar with project management, design, and construction software.
• Proficient understanding of construction plans and drawings for multiple disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to learn complex systems quickly.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Occasional travel within 50 miles of the site.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass background checks and drug tests.
• US Government-issued Top Secret clearance (No polygraph).

Responsibilities

• Lead physical security design and system installation for data centers and expansions.
• Lifecycle management: specifications, drawings, code compliance, vendor management, budget, change orders, close-out.
• Manage contract execution, QA/QC, and support processes.
• Act as security design SME and oversee contract oversight across teams.
• Provide weekly project updates to the customer Security Program Manager Team Lead.
• Collaborate across teams to drive security projects.
• Perform other duties as required.
