Job summary

Patriot Group International LLC is seeking a Security Program Manager (Contractor) in the Fredericksburg, VA area. The role oversees physical security design and installation, including access control, intrusion detection, CCTV, and barriers, for data centers and facilities.

This on-site role requires leadership across multiple projects and coordination with customer teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project/construction management, security design experience, and top secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, construction management, or equivalent military experience.
• Familiar with project management, design, and construction software.
• Proficient understanding of construction plans, elevations, and other design/artifacts for architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil and telecom plans.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex systems.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Occasional travel to customer facilities within 50 miles of the site.
• U.S. Citizen required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
• Security Clearance: Top Secret (No polygraph)

Responsibilities

• Lead physical security design and system installation for new data centers and expansions.
• Manage lifecycle: specs, drawings, code compliance, vendor management, budget, change orders, close-out.
• Oversee contract execution, QA/QC, and support processes.
• Act as SME for security design and installation contract oversight.
• Report performance metrics on security installations and service delivery.
• Collaborate across teams to drive security projects.
• Provide weekly updates to the customer Security Program Manager Team Lead.
• Perform other duties as required.
