Job summary

Patriot Group International LLC. in Aurora, CO is hiring a Security Program Manager (Contractor) to lead physical security design and installation for data centers and facilities. You will manage the project lifecycle, coordinate with customer teams, and ensure security standards and compliance.

This on-site role with occasional remote work involves reporting to the Senior Security Program Manager and travel within a 50-mile radius. US citizenship and Top Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in project/construction management or equivalent.
• Able to read architectural, mechanical, electrical, and telecom drawings.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office.
• Demonstrated ability to learn complex security systems quickly.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead physical security design and system installation for data centers and expansions.
• Oversee project lifecycle: specs, drawings, code compliance, vendor management, budget, change orders, close-out.
• Manage contract execution, QA/QC, and support processes.
• Serve as SME for security design and contract oversight across teams.
• Provide weekly updates to the customer Security Program Manager Team Lead.
• Ensure operational readiness and acceptance with customer teams.
