Job summary

Patriot Group International LLC. is seeking a Security Program Manager (Contractor) for a 24-month assignment in the Sidney, OH area. The role oversees physical security design, installation, and program management for data centers and secure facilities.

You will lead lifecycle management, coordinate across teams, and ensure compliance with security standards. Requires Top Secret clearance, US citizenship, and readiness for travel within 50 miles of the site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, construction management, or equivalent military experience.
• Familiar with project management, design, and construction software.
• Proficient understanding of construction plans, elevations, and other design and construction artifacts.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex systems.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Position requires occasional travel to customer facilities within a 50-mile radius of the assigned site.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
• Security Clearance: US Government issued Top Secret clearance (No polygraph required)

Responsibilities

• Lead physical security design and system installation for new data centers, data center expansions and special projects.
• Provide physical security project lifecycle management including specifications, drawings, code compliance, vendor management, budget, change orders, and close-out documentation.
• Manage contract execution, QA/QC, and support processes.
• Representative for physical security team acceptance, sign-off, and operational readiness validation for high security facilities with other customer teams.
• Reporting performance metrics such as installation vendor service delivery, defect rates, and program analysis.
• Collaborate across teams to drive security projects.
• Provide weekly project updates to the customer Security Program Manager Team Lead.
• Other duties as required.
