Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, construction management, or equivalent military experience.
• Proficient understanding of construction plans, elevations, and related design artifacts.
• Demonstrated ability to learn complex systems quickly.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• U.S. Citizen with ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead physical security design and system installation for new data centers and expansions.
• Manage project lifecycle: specifications, drawings, code compliance, vendor management, budget, change orders, close-out.
• Oversee contract execution, QA/QC, and support processes.
• Act as security team representative for acceptance and operational readiness for high-security facilities.
