Job summary

Patriot Group International LLC is hiring a Security Program Manager (Contractor) in Fredericksburg, VA, for a minimum 24-month term. The role oversees physical security design and installation across data centers, reporting to the Senior Security Program Manager.

Travel within 50 miles may be required, with on-site duties and occasional remote work. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project/construction management, strong knowledge of security systems (ID/Access, CCTV), and TS clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project/construction management or equivalent military experience.
• Familiar with project management, design, and construction software.
• Proficient understanding of architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and telecom plans.
• Ability to learn complex systems quickly.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Occasional travel within 50 miles of the site.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and pass background/drug checks; Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead physical security design and system installation for new/expanded data centers and special projects.
• Manage project lifecycle: specs, drawings, code compliance, vendor mgmt, budget, changes, close-out.
• Oversee contract execution, QA/QC, and support processes.
• Represent security team for acceptance, sign-off, and readiness validation.
• Provide weekly updates and drive cross-team security projects.
