Job summary

ZincFive is seeking a Sales Manager, NAM Data Center Sales to drive new account acquisition for BC Series in colocation, enterprise, hyperscale, and mission-critical data centers across the NAM region. This individual contributor role is hunter-focused and targets non-customers, reporting to the Director, NAM Data Center Sales.

Remote work or HQ in Tualatin available; travel ~50% domestically and to events as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical discipline, business, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in data center power, UPS, battery systems, or mission-critical infra sales.
• Proven hunter with track record of new account acquisition and quota attainment.
• Ability to discuss UPS, batteries, and data center electrical design in detail.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a new account acquisition strategy across the U.S. for NAM.
• Build a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting, outreach, and networking.
• Lead all phases of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Develop relationships with consulting engineers and EPC/MEP firms to drive specs.
• Collaborate with applications engineering for technical presentations and guidance.
• Represent ZincFive at trade shows and regional events; maintain CRM records.
