Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead sales team to grow market share while providing excellent service to existing customers.
• Oversee sales, business development, customer relations, outside sales rep activities and be hands-on as required.
• Identify prospects and assist in development of growth strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives.
• Partner with team to negotiate terms and conditions.
• Be a key member of the team to go to market with client-focused solutions.
• Provide timely sales and business development projections to management.
• Maintain relationships and monitor market development issues for timely action.
• Assist in preparation and monitoring of sales budget and address variances.
