Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience selling to Data Center and/or General Contractor preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work remotely.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is a priority in all activities.
• Develop and implement market strategies and objectives.
• Propose, negotiate, close profitable revenue opportunities, and build long-term relationships.
• Analyze customer requirements and market drivers to align products and services.
• Own designated accounts and revenue responsibility.
• Document sales calls, visits, and business opportunities.
• Assist with significant job scopes and customer appointments as necessary.
• Collaborate with local Sales and Operations, Facility Operations, and Vertical Sales to grow revenue.
• Promote coordination between sales, operations, customer service and customers.
• Manage and submit sales expenses in a timely manner.
