Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 5+ years of quantity surveying or cost management experience.
• Experience reviewing contracts, change orders, budgets, and financials.
• Proficiency with Excel and cost-management software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor expenditures and keep costs within approved budgets.
• Analyze performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Track cost variances through the project lifecycle.
• Review contracts and manage changes and variations.
• Develop cost reports and provide financial updates to leadership.
