Jacobs is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support a data center project in Saint Francisville, LA. You will manage all commercial and contractual aspects to keep the project within budget and maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of quantity surveying or equivalent experience.
• Experience with contracts, change orders, and project financials.
• Proficiency with Excel and cost management software.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor expenditures and keep costs within budgets.
• Review and administer contracts, subcontracts, and purchase agreements.
• Prepare payment applications and final accounts.
• Develop project cost reports and dashboards.
• Assist with risk assessments and forecasting.
• Support procurement and bid evaluation.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks.
