The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying or cost management. Proficiency in Excel and cost-management software is essential, with strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing contracts, change orders, and project financials.
• Strong Excel skills and cost-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and project forecasts.
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure costs remain within approved budgets.
• Review, interpret, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and purchase agreements.
• Develop and maintain project cost reports and commercial dashboards.
• Assist with risk assessments and forecasting activities.
