You will drive cost control, budgeting, and value optimization while coordinating with project managers, engineers, clients, and subcontractors. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field and 5+ years of cost management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering Management, or related field
• 5+ years of quantity surveying or commercial project experience
• Knowledge of engineering, construction, infrastructure, industrial, or manufacturing projects
• Experience reviewing contracts, change orders, and project financials
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project cost management software
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and project forecasts.
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure costs remain within approved budgets.
• Analyze project performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Track and report cost variances throughout the project lifecycle.
