Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Project Manager to lead complex data center and mission-critical projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. You will manage day-to-day execution under senior PM guidance, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in construction or facilities management, with strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, procurement, and project controls. Expect heavy on-site work (up to 80%) and some travel (up to 50%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in construction, facilities, or project management; data center exposure preferred.
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and building systems fundamentals.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and procurement/RFP processes.
• Familiarity with construction docs, scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, MS Office, MS Project, Procore; site safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project delivery through planning, execution, and closeout per approved plans.
• Track milestones, risks, and budget; manage meetings, site visits, and communications.
• Support procurement, change orders, and vendor onboarding; ensure contract compliance.
• Facilitate field QA/QC, commissioning coordination, and contractor activities.
• Prepare progress reports and presentations for project leadership; maintain closeout deliverables.
