Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager for data center and mission-critical projects. You will oversee day-to-day execution, coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver on-time and within budget.

The role requires strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills, with extensive on-site work and travel as needed. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in project management, a related degree, and familiarity with MEPS/BAS systems, Procore, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction/engineering.
• 3–5 years in construction, facilities, or project management; data center exposure preferred.
• Understanding of mechanical/electrical/building systems fundamentals.
• Experience with procurement, RFPs, and vendor management.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of complex data center projects; align with senior PM.
• Plan, track milestones, budgets, and risks with stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, site visits, and closeout deliverables.
• Support procurement, vendor onboarding, and contract records.
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance per project lifecycles.
• Prepare progress reports, presentations, and client communications.
