Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex data center and mission-critical projects. You will manage schedules, budgets, and closeout deliverables, coordinating with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.

The role requires 3–5 years of project management experience in facilities or construction, with strong knowledge of MEP systems and procurement processes. Expect substantial on-site work and regional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field; or equivalent.
• 3-5 years in construction, facilities, or project management; data center experience preferred.
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and building systems fundamentals.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and supporting procurement/RFP processes.
• Familiarity with construction documentation, scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and collaboration skills for multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, MS Office, MS Project, Procore, and related tools.
• Willingness to work up to 80% onsite and travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex, fast-track data center and mission-critical projects.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, and milestone tracking; elevate risks to leadership.
• Manage meetings, site visits, and documentation; coordinate communications with clients and vendors.
• Coordinate closeout deliverables including as-builts, O&M manuals, and warranties.
• Identify risks and support mitigation planning with senior leadership.
• Track financials, change orders, and procurement to ensure performance and compliance.
• Support safety programs, QA/QC, commissioning, and contractor activities.
• Prepare progress reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
