Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in the United States seeks a Senior Project Manager for fast-track data center construction. You will oversee project delivery, coordinate diverse teams, ensure schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction across engagements.

This leadership role requires strong stakeholder management, risk awareness, and hands-on technical coordination of mission-critical MEP systems, commissioning and safety. Up to 50% travel; PMP/PE/CDCP/DC/DC certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years of project management experience in data center construction environments.
• Experience leading large-scale ($50M+), technically complex projects with demanding schedules and mission critical MEP infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and technical stakeholders within active operational environments.
• Experience managing project financials, procurement activities, and contract execution across complex project delivery models.
• Strong working knowledge of mission-critical MEP systems, critical power/cooling infrastructure, and commissioning practices.
• Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects within fast-track, high-pressure, or ambiguous delivery environments.
• Advanced proficiency with project management, scheduling, and financial management tools.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and successful execution across assigned projects, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Mentor PMs, APMs, and Project Coordinators across assigned engagements to maintain delivery consistency and standards.
• Build and cultivate effective relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Promote and enforce site safety requirements and safe work practices; ensure quality and compliance across projects and staff.
