Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix seeks a Senior Project Manager for Data Center expansion within the Life & Technology Sciences Platform. You will lead business development and manage complex cross-functional projects in Mission Critical facilities, coordinating with clients and partners to deliver tailored real estate solutions.

The role requires proven leadership, strong communication, and a track record delivering ground-up and retrofit data center projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Science or Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering disciplines.
• 5–10+ years of Design and Construction industry experience in the aforementioned fields.
• 7+ years of Commercial Real Estate Project Management experience with related experience in product development, launch, business process optimization, regulatory submission and/or regulatory compliance, and/or quality assurance.
• Proven track record delivering complex commercial Real Estate and Design/Construction projects.
• Experience with advanced project controls solutions, including P3/Primavera and Cost and Budget Estimating solutions.
• Knowledge of municipalities, economic development authorities, utility companies, and zoning/entitlements processes.
• PMP and LEED certificates preferred.
• Six Sigma desirable.
• Experience managing projects ranging from ground-up to retrofit and fit-out.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD efforts and establish wins with local markets.
• Spearhead multi-disciplinary data center and mission-critical projects.
• Direct client representation and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across departments and partners.
• Oversee project delivery to meet client expectations and requirements.
• Mentor teams and drive process improvements in project controls and governance.
