Job summary

Lease Crutcher Lewis is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex data center and mission critical construction projects in Phoenix. This role requires leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, a strong client-service mindset, and a focus on safety, quality, schedule certainty, and cost control.

You will oversee all phases from pursuit and preconstruction through construction, commissioning, and warranty, guiding teams, trade partners, and stakeholders with a proactive,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of general contracting project management experience leading large, complex projects.
• Experience delivering data centers, mission critical facilities, or similarly complex projects.
• Experience with preconstruction planning, budgeting, subcontractor bidding, and risk management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for client-facing and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead large data center and mission critical construction projects from preconstruction to warranty.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including owners, designers, engineers, estimators, and trade partners.
• Manage project financial performance, including cost reports, projections, and invoicing.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction across projects.
• Mentor and develop project teams and promote a culture of ownership and accountability.
