Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield U.S., Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for Project & Development Services focused on data center facilities. You will oversee design, planning and construction, coordinating mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, and architectural aspects to meet client goals.

Responsibilities include managing scope, schedules, budgets, and vendor coordination, with a strong emphasis on maintaining documentation and stakeholder communication throughout initiation to project close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Solid project management skills with understanding of PM business.
• Experience in client relations and consulting.
• Autonomously manage a complete project from onset through completion.
• Read and understand construction specifications and blueprints.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage project deliverables including scope of work, schedules, and drawings.
• Proactively manage project-related issues.
• Ensure initiation, planning, execution, and completion against targets.
• Maintain high standards and accurate electronic files.
• Prepare agendas and materials; lead meetings; maintain budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate approvals for organizational changes and expenditures.
• Coordinate and track vendor RFQs and RFPs.
• Review change orders and invoices with client and project team.
• Keep building management apprised of progress.
