Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Data Center, Project & Development Services in Ashburn, VA. You will lead business development and oversee multi-disciplinary CRE projects, coordinating between departments, clients, and partners to deliver innovative data center solutions.

The role demands strong leadership, advanced project controls, and a track record in design/construction within mission-critical sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Mechanical/Electrical engineering; advanced degrees desirable.
• 5–10+ years in Design and Construction in the fields mentioned.
• 7+ years CRE Project Management with related product development, launch, process optimization, regulatory submission and/or QA.
• Proven track record delivering complex CRE and Design/Construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD efforts for new sectors; engage local markets to establish wins.
• Spearhead initiatives across AI, IoT, Mission Critical, Data Center and advanced tech solutions.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary Advanced Technologies CRE projects with tailored client solutions.
• Act as primary client representative, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
