Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Science or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering; advanced degrees preferred.
• 5–10+ years in design/construction; 7+ years in commercial real estate project management.
• PMP and LEED certifications preferred; Six Sigma knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary Advanced Technologies CRE projects, delivering tailored client solutions.
• Act as primary client representative, ensuring exceptional service and project outcomes.
• Coordinate between departments, partners, and clients for seamless delivery.
• Drive cross-business collaboration and functional excellence across markets.
• Oversee project delivery from start to finish, meeting scope, schedule and budget.
