Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of project scheduling experience on mission-critical facilities or data centers.
• Strong Primavera P6 and EPC/EPCM project execution knowledge.
• Experience with scheduling for commissioning, turnover, and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud.
• Coordinate with commissioning managers to develop commissioning and turnover schedules.
• Analyze schedule impacts from scope, design, procurement, construction, or commissioning changes.
• Lead planning meetings and establish WBS, coding, and governance for schedules.
• Validate logic, durations, constraints, calendars, and critical path activities.
• Provide progress updates, forecasts, variance analysis, and health assessments.
• Support IAP sessions, pull-planning, and execution planning activities.
• Generate reports and dashboards for leadership and clients.
• Present schedule performance and recovery strategies in client meetings.
