Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Data Hall Construction Manager/Owners Representative to lead all aspects of installation, oversight and project management for new build data centers in Cedar Rapids, IA. The role requires strong MEP construction management and ability to manage budget and schedule across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and 3–5 years of project experience, or 10+ years mechanical experience w/o degree.
• Technical Project Management or Coordination experience in mission critical or industrial facilities.
• U.S. work authorization now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead master project timeline with contractor and A&E teams based on critical path.
• Review construction, commissioning and owners team for data hall systems installation.
• Manage cost/change control, submittals, RFIs, and vendor payments.
