Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of related experience in capital projects or data center construction is required.
• Solid understanding of MEP construction management and budget/schedule controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Data Center construction projects onsite in Omaha, NE.
• Develop and maintain Master Project Schedule (P6 cost/resource loaded).
• Create and manage Master Project Budget including soft/hard costs, bonds, insurance and contingencies.
• Support bid solicitation, review, and contract negotiation with client and legal teams.
• Coordinate design team and ensure permits and approvals are obtained.
• Lead cost/change control, including change orders and delay analysis.
• Produce monthly cash flow projections and track project metrics.
• Manage owner-direct vendors and consultants and lead project meetings.
