Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering.
• Solid understanding of MEP construction management with a track record leading capital projects.
• 5 or more years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Master Project Schedule and Budget management for data center builds.
• Coordinate design teams, vendor pre-qualification and contract negotiations.
• Oversee QA/QC, change control, invoicing and close-out processes.
• Lead OAC meetings and client coordination, including approvals.
