Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager / Owner's Representative for data center electrical engineering SME, overseeing the full project lifecycle, budget, schedule, and vendor compliance. You will manage complex vendor interactions and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

The role requires leading multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating with clients and legal counsel, and ensuring timely project delivery while controlling costs and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering required.
• 5+ years of related experience in capital projects.
• Solid understanding of MEP construction management and capital project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Data Center construction projects and budgets.
• Develop and manage Master Project Schedule and Master Budget.
• Support pre-qualification, bid solicitation and analysis.
• Negotiate contracts and GC terms with client and legal teams.
• Coordinate approvals, constructability reviews and permits.
• Manage cost/change control, change orders and delay analysis.
• Oversee QA/QC and document control processes.
• Lead OAC meetings and project close-out activities.
