Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Electrical Project Manager for a high-profile data center construction project in the United States. This role focuses on overseeing the general contractor's activities, with reporting on schedule status to the project owner, and ensuring technical excellence in field execution.

The ideal candidate will have deep field experience in data center or electrical contracting environments, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid background in power

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of electrical PM experience, preferably in data centers.
• Experience with substation and power distribution systems preferred.
• Proficiency with MEP design and applicable codes and standards.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee GC construction activities and report schedule status to the owner.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant delivery.
• Analyze milestones and manage RFIs, submittals, and change workflows.
• Ensure governance, processes, and best practices are applied on projects.
• Support cost control, value engineering, and constructability reviews.
